1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Digital Arena ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account, sell digital products, or make purchases. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Sellers & Digital Products
Sellers are solely responsible for the legality, ownership, accuracy, and quality of the digital products, services, auctions, and memberships they offer. By listing a product, you confirm you have all rights necessary to sell it and grant buyers the access described in the listing.
5. Buyers & Purchases
All sales of digital products are final unless the seller explicitly offers a refund policy. Access to time-boxed products, auctions, and memberships is granted as described at the time of purchase. Digital Arena is not a party to the transaction between buyer and seller.
6. Live Streaming & Chat
Streamers and participants must comply with our community guidelines: no harassment, hate speech, sexually explicit content involving minors, threats, doxxing, or unlawful activity. Violations may result in immediate stream termination, account suspension, and permanent bans.
7. Fees & Payouts
Digital Arena charges a platform fee on each completed transaction. Payouts to sellers are processed via our payment partner (Stripe) subject to identity verification and applicable holding periods.
8. Prohibited Content
You may not upload, sell, or distribute content that infringes intellectual property, contains malware, violates privacy laws, or is otherwise illegal. We may remove such content and terminate offending accounts.
9. Intellectual Property
Sellers retain ownership of their content. By listing on Digital Arena, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and stream your content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform.
10. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not responsible for losses arising from third-party services, network failures, or user disputes.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Arena's liability for any claim related to the Platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
